For claim options regarding prizes other than cash (merchandise, trips, tickets to sporting events, or other prizes), please call the OLG Support Centre at 1-800-387-0098.
The OLG Prize Centre experiences a seasonal increase in prize claims each year from September to February.
As a result of the increased volumes it may take longer for your mail-in or satellite claim to be processed. We currently estimate:
Satellite Claims – normally 1-2 weeks to process may take up to 6 weeks.
Mail-In Claims – normally 4-6 weeks to process may take up to 8 weeks.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Important! Please read the following information before taking steps to claim your prize.
You can drop off your prize claim up to and including $250,000 at select Slot and Casino facilities. Most locations can pay prizes of less than $1,000 in cash. Winning Tickets of $1,000 or more will be couriered to the OLG Prize Centre on your behalf for processing.
You must be 19 years of age or older to enter Select Slots & Casinos to claim your lottery prize.
MANDATORY: To claim a prize of $1,000 or more, you must complete a Lottery Prize Claim Declaration Form. This applies to both single and group play wins. As part of OLG's prize payment protocol, OLG reserves the right to subject any person having any involvement with a winning ticket prior to the submission of a prize claim to the same requirements as the person(s) claiming the prize. These requirements may include, but are not limited to, providing valid government issued photo identification, participating in a face-to-face interview, and completing the "Release of Prize Claim Form".
To claim your prize, you must bring the following things with you:

OLG's goal is to ensure that the right prize is paid to the right person(s) every time. There are times when ownership of a lottery prize is disputed by the claimants and other parties. When an ownership dispute occurs, options are available, as follows. The parties involved may settle the matter privately, or by proceeding in the Ontario courts, or resolved through arbitration by an arbitrator appointed by the Chair of the Board of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO). All parties to a prize dispute must agree to the process for arbitration to proceed. For more information on the AGCO arbitration process visit the AGCO website. Any party to a prize dispute is advised to obtain independent legal advice.
